William J. Whitney, 69, of Exeter Township. passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Sellersville, PA, he was the son of the late Charles Whitney and Elizabeth A. (Schnaitman) Jabs. William graduated from Milton Hershey High School. He was the owner of Keystone Pressure Clean/Pressure Washing. William enjoyed fishing, hunting, and fixing slot machines. He was very mechanically inclined, and there wasn't anything that he couldn't fix. Bill was also an active lifetime member of the Reading Motorcycle Club.

William is survived by his daughter, Crystal Whitney, his sister, Carol Kline, and his brother Kenny Jabs.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., has been entrusted with arrangements.
