Timothy Boyd Lamon

Timothy Boyd Lamon, 74, of Blandon, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Laureldale Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Cynthia L. (Killian) Lamon, with whom he celebrated 48 years of marriage. Born in Berwick, PA, he was the son of the late Wilmer Lamon and Jean Lamon Kline. Timothy graduated from Central Columbia High School in Bloomsburg. He was a 1970 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. Timothy was a truck driver for Allied Concrete in Douglassville for 34 years until his retirement. Timothy enjoyed camping with his family, it was something they have done for over 30 years. They shared wonderful memories and made lots of friends throughout the years.

In addition to his wife, Timothy is survived by his son Todd Lamon, his grandson Tyler Lamon, and his sisters Linda Lamon and Cheryl Fought.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery, Birdsboro. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 1035 Old River Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
