Elizabeth A. (Cieri) Stouffer, 50, of Mt. Penn, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, in Penn State Health-Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of David B. Stouffer, with whom she celebrated 21 years of marriage. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Terry D. and Bonita (Blome) Cieri. Beth graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1989, and Kutztown University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Education. She was very involved in her son Matt's sports throughout the years and enjoyed being apart of their booster programs. Elizabeth worked for CNA as an insurance adjuster for 16 years.
In addition to her husband, Beth is survived by her son Matthew Stouffer. She is also survived by her siblings David J. Werner, and Rebecca A. Strahan; her nephews Jacob Strahan, Craig Krouse, Corey Krouse, Kodie Pauley, and Taylor Pauley; as well as her niece Casey Krouse.
