Shirley Readinger, 94, of Leesport, passed away on February 24, 2024 in Berks Heim. She was the wife of the late Norman Readinger. Born in Stony Creek Mills, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Lizzie (Boone) Haas. Shirley was a graduate of Mt. Penn High School class of 1947. She worked at the former Rights Knitware in Leesport for 12 years before her retirement in 1989.
In addition to her husband, Shirley is predeceased by her son, Scott Allen Readinger.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday February 28 from 10:00am to 11:00am, with services beginning at 11:00am at Lutz Funeral Home Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Reading PA, 19606.
