Sharon L. (Herbein) Franckowiak, 75, of Cumru Township, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Reading Hospital. She was the wife of Randall R. Franckowiak, with whom she celebrated 57 years of marriage. Born in Reiffton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Catharine (Hartman) Herbein. Sharon graduated from Exeter High School. She worked as a school bus driver for Governor Mifflin School District for many years.

Sharon is survived by her sons Scott A. Franckowiak, husband of Diane, and Shawn C. Franckowiak, husband of Debra, and her grandchildren Roman, Ella, and Mason. She is also survived by her brother Joseph H. Herbein Sr. and her sister-in-law Alice Herbein. She was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Herbein, and her sister Judith Herbein.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 am at Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of Sharon's family.
