Sallie E. Haag

Sallie E. (Humphrey) Haag age 93, formerly of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the Reading Hospital Medical Center. She was the wife of the late John A. Haag. Born in Shelby, OH, she was the daughter of the late James C. Humphrey and Nellie K. (Morrison) Humphrey McGraw. Sallie graduated from Shelby High School in 1949 and Mansfield General Hospital School of Nursing in 1953. She worked as a registered nurse for 23 years before retiring from Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore, MD.

Sallie is survived by her children; Cynthia K. Haag, of Baltimore, MD, Michael K. Haag, husband of Brigette, of Baltimore, MD, Katherine E. Haag, of Baltimore, MD, and Maria H. (Haag) Hubbard, wife of Ricky, of Reading, PA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Sallie was preceded in death by her daughter Deborah A. (Haag) Holtzople.
