Rosemarie Gruber

Rosemarie (Podolick) Gruber, 78, of Mt. Penn, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 in her home. She was the wife of Robert M. Gruber. Born in Pottsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Fecenko) Podolick. Rosemarie graduated from St. Clair High School in 1963 and Pottsville Hospital School of Nursing in 1966. She was an RN for Pottsville Hospital for six years. Rosemarie was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C.

In addition to her husband, Rosemarie is survived by her children; John R. Gruber, husband of Amy J., of Philadelphia, and Megan A., wife of Clayton W. Rundell, of Lancaster. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Jonas H. Gruber, Alexander C. Rundell, and Zoey E. Rundell, as well as her brother John D. Podolick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 1, 2024 beginning at 11:00 am in St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA 19605.
