Floyd Readinger

Floyd I. Readinger, 73, of Alsace Township, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021, in Select Specialty Hospital, Harrisburg. He was the husband of the late Lillian "Cookie" (Ninni) Readinger, who passed away October 30, 2021. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late June E. (Moyer) Readinger. Floyd proudly served his country in the United States Army and worked for United States Postal Service for over 35 years until his retirement.

Floyd is survived by his children; Krissy Baer, wife of Michael, Exeter, Rodney Readinger, husband of Diane, Exeter, Tina Reichardt, wife of Justin, Exeter, and Scott Readinger, Alsace Twp. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, as well as siblings; Henry, husband of Cindy, Jersey Shore, Daniel, husband of Lori, Ruscombmanor Twp., Barry, husband of Deborah, Ruscombmanor Twp., Allen, husband of Sandra, Bethel, Mary Ann, widow of Thomas Yob, Kutztown, Rose, wife of Jeff Kearney, Mohnton, Wendy, wife of Michael Miller, Palmerton, and Kenda, wife of Douglas Hilbert, Mertztown.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am in Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue Mt.
