Kathleen Rainey (Harte)

Kathleen (Harte) Rainey, 84, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at her home in Lower Alsace Township. She was the wife of Thomas J. Rainey, who passed away June 5, 2002. Born in London, England, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Hanoria (Kelly) Harte and was a member of St Catherine Of Siena R.C.C. Kathleen worked for Dodge for many years in Detroit, MI, then became a licensed massage therapist in Reading until her retirement.

She is survived by her sons Thomas C. Rainey, husband of Caroline Boisson, Douglassville, and Stephen P. Rainey, Pennside, and her three grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, and Thomas.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 am in St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 4975 Boyertown Pike, Exeter, PA 19606. Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C, 2425 Perkiomen Ave, Reading, PA 19606.
