Patricia A. (Yocum) Leary, 77, of Exeter Township, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Keystone Villa, Douglasville. She was the wife of Scott Leary. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late John W. Yocum Sr., and Anne L. (Sfingas) Yocum. Patricia graduated from Wilson High School, class of 1967 and Penn State with her Bachelor's Degree in 1971. Patricia taught French at Wilson High School for a couple years, and then worked for Aetna for 30 years before retiring. She was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C.

In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by her son, Adam Schoch, husband of Diana, and Amy Shoch, of Nashville. She is also survived by her step-children; Jeanann Leary and Michael Leary, husband of Meghan, her grandchildren; Ryan, Hannah, and Brayden Schoch, and her brother, John W. Yocum Jr., husband of Cheryl.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606.
