Richard A. "Sneeze" Parzanese

Richard A. “Sneeze” Parzanese, 82, of Exeter Township, passed away Thursday, January 17th, 2013 in his residence. He was the husband of Dawn E. (Bechtel) Parzanese. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Andrew and Anna (Althouse) Parzanese. Richard was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School in 1949. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and also served with the Naval Reserves and was a member of St John’s Lutheran Church-Gibraltar. Richard was employed as a foreman for NGK Metals in Muhlenberg Township for 37 years, retiring in 1991. In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by: One Son: Gary R. Parzanese husband of Susan of Lewistown and One Daughter: Lori J. wife of Kenneth Heydt of Exeter Twp; Six Grandchildren: Jessica, Kathryn, Callie, Andrew, Samantha and Jennifer; One Great-Grandson: TJ and One Brother: Harold Parzanese of Muhlen berg. He was also Pre-Deceased by a Sister: Joanne Parzanese. Services from the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc.2100 Perkiomen Ave on Thursday, January 24th, 2013 at10:00 am.
