Tammy A. Leibig, 55, of Exeter Township, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2016 in Penn State Health-St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Shirley (Reisch) Concordia. She is survived by One Son and Two Daughters: Nathan W., Natalie N. wife of Raymond Conrad and Tiffany M. all of Northampton and One Granddaughter: Brinlee R. Conrad ; Four Brothers: Rusty, Darrell, Dino and Maurice and One Sister: Tracci Kupper. Services private.
