John E. Antush

John E. Antush, 86, of Exeter Township, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025 at St. Francis Home. He was the husband of Joan A. (Howard) Antush, with whom he celebrated 66 years of marriage. Born in Pottstown, PA, he was the son of the late John and Agnes (Straka) Antush. John graduated from Exeter High School in 1957. He worked at CarTech for 32 years until his retirement. John served as a member of the Exeter Township Fire Police for 17 years. He was also a lifetime member of the Stonersville Fire Company, as well as a member of the NRA.

In addition to his wife, John is survived by his sons Craig Antush, husband of Carol, and Joel Antush, husband of Mary Jane. He is also survived by his grandchildren Lorie, Jennifer, Lauren, and Lindsey, as well as seven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 11:00 am at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will follow.
