Joan M. (Johnson) Reich

Joan M. (Johnson) Reich, 97, of Wyomissing, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2025 at the Highlands at Wyomissing. She was the widow of Harold W. Reich. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter J. and Kathryn N. (Kantner) Johnson. Joan graduated from Mount Penn High School, class of 1946, as well as McCann School of Business. She worked as a secretary to the Directress of Nurses at Community General, and as secretary to surgeon Simon B. Glick. Joan was a member of the Mount Penn Junior Women's Club. She was also a member of Trinity U.C.C.

Joan is survived by her son, Gregory H. Reich, husband of Alice B. (Falvey). She is also survived by her grandchildren; Drew Reich, husband of Tarrah, Abby Reich, spouse of Deanna, Jesse Reich, husband of Karen, and Emily Stevenson, wife of Kevin, as well as her great-grandchildren; Grisham, Logan, Ryder, and Georgia. Joan was preceded in death by her son Randall S. Reich.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am at Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity U.C.C. Memorial Fund, 2449 Cumberland Ave, Mount Penn, PA 19606, or to the Humane Society.
