Jeffrey Curtis Notter, 56, formerly of Mt. Penn, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at Laureldale Nursing & Rehab. Born on April 5, 1970, he was the son of Joan (Beers) Notter, of Shillington, and the late Erwin Walter Notter. Jeffrey attended elementary and middle school at Antietam, high school at The Devereux School, and studied business at Reading Area Community College. He earned his real estate license elsewhere.

In addition to his mother Joan, Jeffrey is survived by his sister; Ann Stimmel (husband William); his nephew, Colton Stimmel; and his son, Albert Jeffrey Notter.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., has been entrusted with arrangements.
