Janis M. (Fox) Ziemba

Janis M. (Fox) Ziemba, 93, of Exeter Township, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Penn State Health St. Joseph Hospital. She was the wife of the late Chester S. Ziemba. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Earl I. and Eva B. (Eiler) Fox. Janis graduated from Reading High School, class of 1949. She worked for Boyer's Drug Store for 23 years in the bookkeeping and accounting department. Janis was a member of Exeter Bible Fellowship Church and Open Bible Baptist Church.

Janis is survived by her son; Todd W., husband of Sandra Ziemba, of Exeter Township. She is also survived by her two grandchildren; Lindsey and Eric, as well as her great-grandchildren; Kaylee Z., Devon, Emma, Kylie, and Kaylee. Janis was preceded in death by her son Kevin L. Ziemba, and her brother Gordon I. Fox.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 beginning at 2:00 PM at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Exeter Bible Fellowship Church, 926 Philadelphia Terrace, Birdsboro, PA 19508, or Open Bible Baptist Church, 10 Park Ln, Reading, PA 19606.
