Isabelle O. Howard (Osborne)

Isabelle O. Howard 98 formerly of Reiffton and Country Meadows passed away March 22nd, 2013 in Berkshire Center. She was the wife of John H. “Jack” Howard who passed 9/26/2012. Born in Franklin, Venango Co. she was a daughter of the late Andrew H. and Elsie (Alexander) Osborne. Isabelle grew up in Greenville, PA and was a graduate of Greenville High School and a Graduate of the former Beaver College, now Arcadia University with a degree in music. A member of Holy Cross United Methodist Church .
She was past president of the former Reiffton Woman’s Club, Berks County Federation of Woman’s Club, Civic Club of Berks County where she was the first female President and was also past president of PEO. She held a state position for Pennsylvania Federation of Woman’s Club.
Isabelle is survived by:Daughters Joan A. wife of John E. Antush of Exeter Twp. and Nancy J. wife of Doanld W. Robinson of Libertyville, IL.
Four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Services from the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., Mt. Penn on Thursday at 11:00 am. Friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
