Gail K. Wheatley

Gail K. (Kaufmann) Wheatley, 85, of Amity Twp, passed away on Sunday February 4, 2024 at Keystone Villa in Douglassville. She was the wife of Thomas A. Wheatley. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Katherine (Tate) Kaufmann. She worked at Willamette Industries as an account manager for 19 years until her retirement in 1999. Gail loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. They were the apple of her eye. She was always making sure that everyone was taken care of and fed.

In addition to her husband, Gail is survived by her daughters, Suzanne K. Ayers, wife of John, of Birdsboro and Kimberly A. Dymecki, partner of Dan, of Atlanta. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Katie, Ben and Bethany, as well as her great-grandchildren Evelyn, Alex, and Theo.  Gail is also survived by her brother Ronald D. Kaufmann of Richboro. She was predeceased by her son Thomas T. Wheatley and her brother Theodore R. Kaufmann.

Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of Gail's family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Thomas T Wheatley scholarship fund at Berks County Community Foundation @237 Court Street Reading, PA 19601.
