Cheryl K. Billman

Cheryl K. (Smith) Billman, 79, of Bern Township, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Wayne W. Oberstedt, who passed away August 31, 2021. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late William M. Smith and Emily (Shurr) Heim. She graduated from Exeter High School in 1962, and was a longtime member of Schwarzwald U.C.C.

Sherry is survived by her children, Robert Billman, husband of Diane, and Kelly Rieck, companion of Curtis Batz. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Brandon, Nicholas, Josh, Bobby, husband of Liz, and Stephenee, as well as two great-grandchildren; Aiden and Sienna, and her two sisters; Suzanne McGowan and Charlene McFadden. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Mark Rieck.
