Cecelia B. "Cookie" Stanford, 77, of Exeter Township, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025 in her home. Born in Atlantic City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph John and Edna B. (Hortter) Stanford. Cookie graduated from Exeter High School, class of 1966. She also graduated from RACC with an Associates Degree in Early Education. Cookie worked at Live & Learn Smile Center in Birdsboro, where she was known at Ms. Cookie for over 20 years.
Cookie is survived by her brother, Joseph J. Stanford Jr., husband of Victoria, of Alsace Township, her nieces Christy Lynn Stanford, Kimberly Ann Stanford, and many friends.
