Barry Lee Wunder, 76, of Cumru Township, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 13, 2023 in his home. He was the husband of Aneta L. (Stoudt) Wunder, with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Harrison and Mildred (Steinbraunn) Wunder. Barry graduated from Muhlenberg High School where he excelled in all sports, notably football. He proudly served his country in The United States Army in the Military Police, Kuma Cops division. Barry was a steel worker for Carpenter Technology for many years until his retirement. He was a member of Victor Emmanuel II Beneficial Society and Cartech Retirees lunch bunch. Barry loved the outdoors, no matter the season he was outside.
In addition to his wife, Barry is survived by his children; Darren and Courtney, as well as his granddaughter Emilee, his sister Jean George, one nephew and two nieces, and his beloved dog Indiana.
