Agnes Theresa "Sis" Wagner, 85, of Dobson NC passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Mountain Valley Hospice in Dobson, NC. Formerly of Exeter Township, Agnes was wife of the late Richard G. Wagner Sr. with whom she shared 56 years of marriage prior to his passing in August of 2016. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late Alois and Anna (Klingseisen) Schreiner. Sis was a member of Lancaster Catholic High School Class of 1959 and the Lancaster Liederkranz. She is survived by a son, a daughter, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am at St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606.
