Option #1 Viewing and Funeral held at Lutz Funeral Home
Includes:
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, embalming, use of facilities for viewing, use of facilities for funeral ceremony or service, all automotive equipment, register book, memory folders or prayer cards, and thank you cards.
Does not include:
Casket, outer burial container, burial clothing, and cash advances (cemetery charges, newspaper notices, clergy honorarium, etc.).

Option #2 Viewing and Funeral held at another location
Includes:
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, embalming, use of staff and equipment for viewing at alternate location, all automotive equipment, register book, memory folders or prayer cards, and thank you cards.
Does not include:
Casket, outer burial container, burial clothing, and cash advances (cemetery charges, newspaper notices, clergy honorarium, etc.).

Option #3 Viewing and Funeral with Cremation
Includes:
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, embalming, use of facilities for viewing, use of facilities for funeral ceremony or service, all automotive equipment, register book, memory folders or prayer cards, and thank you cards.
Does not include:
Casket, outer burial container, burial clothing, and cash advances (cemetery charges, newspaper notices, clergy honorarium, etc.).

Option #4 Graveside Services
Includes:
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, embalming (optional), use of facilities for private family viewing (options), all automotive equipment, register book, memory folders or prayer cards, and thank you cards.
Does not include:
Casket, outer burial container, burial clothing, and cash advances (cemetery charges, newspaper notices, clergy honorarium, etc.).

Option #5 Cremation with Memorial Service at Lutz Funeral Home
Includes:
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, professional care, no embalming, use of facilities for memorial service, all automotive equipment, register book, memory folders or prayer cards, and thank you cards.
Does not include:
Cremation container, permanent cremains urn and cash advances (crematory charges, newspaper notices, clergy honorarium, etc.).

Option #6 Cremation with Memorial Services at an Alternate Location
Includes:
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, professional care, no embalming, use of equipment and staff for memorial service at your location, all automotive equipment, register book, memory folders or prayer cards, and thank you cards.
Does not include:
Cremation container, permanent cremains urn and cash advances (crematory charges, newspaper notices, clergy honorarium, etc.).
