Rowland W. Williams

Rowland W. Williams, 52, of Mt. Penn, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Born in Camden, NJ, he was a son of Loretta Williams of New Jersey and the late Conrad M. Williams. Billy was a CNC operator at Morgan Trailer. He loved to grill and entertain with his family and friends. Billy is survived by his sister, Stacey Williams and brother, Ian Williams both of New Jersey as well as many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2016 in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Reading, PA 19606. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
