Ronald King

Ronald E. King, 69, of Mt. Penn and Reading, passed away Thursday, October 29th, 2015 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Shirley L. King who passed away May 12, 2001. Born in Berks County he was a son of the late Ruth P. Klein. Ron was a Mt. Penn High School Graduate in 1965. Ron started his working career with Bachman Pretzels. He then worked in shipping and production for American Polarizers Inc from 1977 to 2012 where he retired from. He and his wife were both very proud to be a member of the Mt. Penn Fire Police for many years. Ron was one of four children with brother Gene and sisters Patricia and Marlene. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday November 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm in Forest Hills Memorial Park 391 W. Neversink Rd, Exeter Township .In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt.
